Our professional team are hand picked cleaning professionals and are committed to delivering exceptional results in your home or office, Our dedicated partners will do everything they can to meet your cleaning needs. Our team are all independent cleaning professionals running their own cleaning business / round under the cleaning hq banner! Our partners provide the cleaning and we provide the peace of mind for our clients and team. Whilst cleaning HQ is a new business we bring with us years of cleaning experience and our previous reviews speak for themselves - Most of our loyal customers have stayed with us despite the change. They have been continually satisfied with the service we offer, and regularly recommend us to their family and friends.
Our payment structure is very straight forward and has been designed to look after the cleaners at all times.
Cleaning HQ charge a small monthly subscription to our clients and the client then pays their cleaner weekly. The minimum payment to the cleaner is £10 per hour but you are free to add to this at any time if you feel their service deserves this.
Whilst your monthly fee to Cleaning HQ will never go up we do ask that you increase your cleaners rate in line with inflation. Rememeber, if you have a loyal, professionl cleaner it is only fare that they are paid accordingly!
